Johnson Jr., Ph.D. is a sovereign‑grade technology executive and CEO of ClemTech LLC, serving as Executive Sponsor & Chairman of GENA Africa, where he leads the strategic mandate, government engagement, and continental rollout of the genomic AI decision‑support platform across Africa. With deep expertise in digital infrastructure, AI systems, national‑scale program deployment, and intergovernmental advisory, Dr. Johnson coordinates with ministries of health, national laboratories, and research institutions to ensure a compliant, licensor‑aligned model that strengthens genomic medicine across up to 54 African nations.

Luis Pintado is Chief Product Officer and Director at GENA. A serial entrepreneur with a track record of private exits exceeding $60M ARR, he brings 25+ years of experience building and scaling companies in mobile, fintech, and bioinformatics. He previously held leadership roles at Meta, BlackBerry, and Mistral Mobile, and co-founded GENA to accelerate rare disease diagnosis through AI-powered genomic tools. Luis holds a BBA from ITESM and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

His research interests are focused on using information technology for diagnostics and gene discovery.
